This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our website americanbrandservices.com.

1. No Return on Digital Services

Because we provide digital marketing, branding, consulting, and creative services, all purchases are considered final once work has begun.
Digital services cannot be returned, reversed, or exchanged once delivered or initiated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be offered only under the following conditions:

2.1 Before Work Has Started

If you request a cancellation before we begin working on your project, you may receive a partial refund:

• 80% refund if cancellation is within 48 hours of payment.

• No refund if more than 48 hours have passed, even if work has not started.

2.2 If We Fail to Deliver

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own fault (not including delays caused by the client), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the completed portion of work.

2.3 Incomplete Deliverables

If the work delivered does not meet the agreed project scope (as per written agreement or invoice), you must notify us within 7 days.
We will review and, if eligible, issue:

• Corrections/revisions

• A partial refund

• Or credit for future services

Refunds are not guaranteed unless the failure is strictly from our side.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Custom design work (once drafts are provided)

• Website development (once staging site or any progress is shared)

• Paid advertising budgets (Facebook/Google/other ad spend)

• Domain and hosting fees

• Third-party subscription or software costs

• Creative assets already delivered

• Work delayed due to the client’s lack of response

4. Project Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, you remain liable for:

• Work already completed

• Any third-party costs incurred

• Minimum 50% of the project fee (if less than 50% work is done)

If more than 50% of the project is completed, no refund will be issued.

5. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
